I think the hotel was recently renovated and therefore the reception and meeting rooms looked fine. I did not have an opportunity to interact with house keeping staff or stay in the rooms as I am from Windsor. I had only been there for a professional meeting. Well maintained, clean and smelled good. The automatic sliding doors were pretty slow though.
Its newly renovated and is a nice clean place. Not luxurious nor is it meant to be. Functional, convenient and well located. Front desk staff were also quite friendly. Great for a short visit.
Absolutely love staying here! I come to Windsor about twice a month for work, and could not be happier about my accommodations. The desk staff is so kind and friendly. They seem to always go the extra mile with everything. I had a chance to speak to one of the cleaning personnel as well, and she was such a pleasure to speak to. Very clean rooms. Super clean lobby and parking lot. Although I have yet to eat at their on-site grill, it's certainly nice to know that I don't have to go far to grab a nice bite to eat (especially with winter looming!). All in all - very impressed and highly recommend. Look forward to being back in 2 weeks! **Definitely shout out to Steven and Beverly for their awesomeness!**
Nice clean newly renovated hotel. Friendly staff. Grill 55 restaurant had great atmosphere and good size portions reasonably priced too.
All renovations are finally completed since my last stay and gym and pool are open after the flooding awhile back. The parking area in front of Grill 55 is being worked on. The hotel is now very modern looking and welcoming. You guys did a great job with this place, love it.
