I rented a room for my employee. My employee got bitten by bed bugs. I spoke with the manager who refused to fully refund my reservation. Rent at own risk, management wont reimburse you even if their furniture contains bed bugs and you get bitten.
Stay away from this place, they need to fire all cleaning staff because they dont do proper job. In one of the rooms we got bit by bed bugs so be careful before going to sleep. Would not recommend to anyone these awful place, they dont even deserve 1 star.
The front desk clerk was nice and the breakfast was ok, though they do offer fresh, hot pancakes. Their system had us in the wrong room but the clerk expertly fixed it and had us in the right room. Cutlery at breakfast was plastic (I prefer to avoid plastic when possible.) Plates and bowls were styrofoam. Cups were paper but the hotel failed by wrapping them in plastic. The toilet in the room had issues. Grade C.
The place was very nice and clean! I enjoyed the stay there, shootout to a very friendly staff memeber named Julia! Keep the nice work!
Clean room, comfy beds, tasty breakfast (including waffles, eggs, etc.). Not much more you could ask for!
