I stayed here for 2 nights. It was my first time here. The rooms were roomy and clean. I really enjoyed the room (and I travel quite a bit) and the continental breakfast was wonderful. They had quite a variety of breakfast items. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the pool area and hot tub was certainly questionable with respect to cleanliness and the right levels of chlorine needed to avoid the slimy feel.

Decent, clean, nice staff. Kinda nice to have the rooms with doors backing onto the inner parking lot to load and unload the van. We were in town for a bike race and many people stayed here. Breakfast could have been a bit higher quality without blowing their budget but the coffee wasn't terrible and we got fed.

Have stayed for work on multiple occasions. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. I enjoyed all my stays, but when I am placed in a room on the backside of the hotel, I slept better. No heavy noise from trucks heading to the US boarder on the back side.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were given a family suite as we had mentioned we had 3 babies coming and originally was told 3 play pens would easily fit in a regular room which was not anywhere close. Was upgraded to a room that we were told had a small wet spot on the floor and if we agreed to that we could have it on discount. The entire floor was damp and sticky. The room smelt like old sitting water. The couch had rips in it and dirt all over it. The bathroom had dirt all in the tiles and spiders in the tub and a chunk taken out if the door. The latch on the patio door to outside was broken making us very uneasy about having newborns in there. The hair dryer was broken. Had to get new key cards twice for them not working. Then when they finally did work only 1 worked for the room. When I mentioned at check out all the issues they mentioned they were aware of all of this and that I had agreed to that which was the farthest from the truth. I agreed to a small damp spot on the carpet. Would not recommend to anyone.

The staff was very welcoming but there were a few notable problems with our suite. One of the door handles was falling off of the door and the bathroom door was extremely difficult to shut and lock. You get what you pay for at this hotel.
