In my room after my first shower in the morning turned on the hair dryer, and it just about blew up in my hand. They replaced it while I was gone for the day and with the new one installed the next day. Rugs are extremely worn should be replaced. Plaster on ceiling is flaking and falling off on my bed. Continental breakfast is the normal. The employee on the morning shift was very helpful. In the wee hours of morning some drunks came in and made a racket in the hallway, I know the night staff could hear them and see them through CCTV but did nothing about it. This carried on for about an hour, not impressed!
6/10 cleanliness. Bathroom was clean, but bed sheets not cleaned properly. Found some long hair on the pillow. It's not my first at this place, it used to be much better.
The views were stunning! Very nice hotel. Because of the location parking was a nightmare. The valet service was doing the best that it could, but, lots of cars and small unloading area= a headache. The front desk was also oddly understaffed when we arrived. Seemed to be only one clerk checking in guests and the line was very long--waited in line 20 minutes to get checked it. It may have been as an apology, but, when I finally arrived at the front of the line the clerk upgraded our room to the 21st floor----the view was fantastic. So, could have been better staffed, but, overall a nice experience.
They RIP you off for deposit because off a dirty towel, alittle dirt on it because wiped floor up in bathroom opond check In!!!!! 15 bucks bacisaily brought it low down !!!!!
Lovely clean establishment. Hotel clerk was attentive and welcoming. Bed was comfy, room was spacious with sitting area and bathroom was very nice. Quite pleasantly surprised and would stay at again.
