The room was fantastic for a suite. It had so much room. The kitchen was modern and well-stocked and had a very nice dishwasher. The bathroom was like brand new with a beautiful glass door shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and they have a nice television in the room. the room was very spacious with drawers and lots of closets. the hotel staff and I mean all of them were extremely friendly and it made us feel very welcome to be there. I would definitely stay again and I would also recommend any friends that are looking for a hotel that this is the place to go. it is very close to the downtown we actually walk to the keg and then later on walk to the casino. There's an LCBO and many other amenities near the hotel.

Disappointed of our last stay. Stayed for two nights. The day after we checked in we decided to bring our 2 year old to Adventure Bay. At around noon as we were heading out to the water park we asked front desk to have housekeeping clean our room while we are gone. We needed someone to change the sheets in the baby crib and give us fresh towels so we could put our son straight to bed and have a shower after the park.He said he'll have someone take care right away. We came back in a few hours, the room wasn't touched. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor tells my husband on a Sunday they don't clean stay over rooms until they are finished with the checkouts. No, upon request you certainly should! Anyway, the housekeeper finally comes to the room, doesn't know how to change the crib sheets. I do it for her. Then I go in the shower and the fire alarm goes off. Our 2 year old who we just put to bed freaks out. Manager on duty comes and asks if we were having a shower. Apparently the steam from the hot water triggers the smoke alarm. Ridiculous! Marriott should maintain higher standards than this!

I wavered on whether to go five stars or four stars. The service here was really good at check-in. The attendant was super helpful with our questions and getting us extra supplies (large family). The hotel feels like it had gone through a recent renovation so it seemed pretty up to date. The room was well appointed and everything was really comfortable and quiet. The first issue was that the hotel only has about 36 or so parking spaces for 120 rooms. We had an option for a lot across the street that only did parking in 10 hour chunks or the public garage about a block away. We opted across the street since we were leaving the next day but not very useful if we had needed to stay longer as their was no way to add time or even a way to document when you did so. The second issue was after dinner when we put leftover sushi in the fridge. We realized the next morning the fridge didn't work at all. Sushi in an enclosed warm space for 10 hours....not pleasant. I will give the hotel credit that they followed up with the issue after I let them know about the fridge at checkout. The manager called me the next day to provide a 1000 Marriott points. The follow up itself is super rare with complaints so I really appreciated that.

Great location, very decent breakfast included. Spacious suites with kitchens, living room, work area, separate bedroom. The hotel is designed for an extended stay. Very comfortable beds. Professional and friendly staff. Limited parking at the hotel so be ready to spend $4us at the secured lot across the street. I will be back.

Quiet, cozy hotel away from the noisy downtown. This hotel is close enough to walk to all the amenities downtown Windsor but far enough away that you arent interrupted from a good nights sleep. The hotel did a wonderful job of stocking us up with extra towels blankets and pillows prior to our arrival and upon request. The hotel did a good job of making the room fairly free of outside noise and room to room noise. We were impressed with the little amount of noise we heard considering the hotel was full. The only thing we would suggest to the hotel is to offer a later breakfast. Having a breakfast ending at 9am during the week and 9:30 on the weekend is a little early if you want to sleep in and slowly get up while on vacation. Just extending breakfast until 10am would be a wonderful way to help those guests who stayed up late the night before and those who are trying to get a few extra winks. A great experience, friendly, helpful staff and a location within close walking distance to all local downtown activities will make us return to this hotel when we return to this area.
