Good motel. Great service. Clean room.
The place was OK for the price. The bedding was very comfortable but the location of the AC was in a weird place which did not efficiently cool the room. There is however a very bad chemical smell in the neighborhood (probably came from the nearby chemical plant) which made me a little nauseous. I would have given this place 3 stars, if not for that smell.
don't stay at this hotel under any circumstances. i didn't want to give it 1 star, but there is nothing lower. the ratings say it's a basically cheap motel and you get what you pay for, so i was expecting something that was probably older and run down, nothing modern, etc. what the reviews don't tell you is how dangerous it is. the neighborhood that it is in is full of abandoned and boarded up places. lots of derelicts all around, etc. when we got to the hotel, people sitting with doors open going in and out, hookers, yes hookers, walking around in stack boots and underwear only going around with men in and out of their room. very scary environment. the check in has no lobby at all. when you walk in there is a very tiny cubicle and the clerk sits behind a bulletproof glass counter. we had 4 children and there was no way we were staying there. if the owners have to stay behind bullet proof glass for their safety, we weren't risking our's. once again, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Barebones but clean and for the price there aren't many better options. The only complaint was the faint smell of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room
Worst motel experience ever. Female staff that greeted us was very rude. At check out I was charged a different rate then discussed upon arrival. When I asked why I was being charged more then their website states he said he could make whatever price he wants. The rooms were filthy, I didnt even want to take my shoes off. I was in a non smoking room that smelled strongly of smoke. I would never ever stay there or recommend.
