Worst hotel we have stayed at in Windsor. Dont be fooled because its a Hilton - very poor customer service. When the pool was over run by rude kids and their drunk parents our children were pushed in the pool and my husband was screamed at and told by one obnoxious father to get used to it. When we reported it to the front desk they said they couldnt do anything and we should call the police. When we asked if they could help us find another hotel they said no, and checked us out. We watched several parents smoking outside on the patio while staff member R walked right past them. If they knew there would be that many kids in the pool wouldnt you think they would have a staff member present? Thats what the other hotels usually do - and we have never had a problem. I never leave poor reviews - but this one deserves it.
This is our go to Hotel when we visit my in-laws in Windsor. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is great. Plus, the hotel has a swimming pool so the kids really enjoy their stay at this hotel.
Coffee situation needs to improve at all locations. Staff very nice. Slept well, beds are comfortable.
Location access could be better as you can only directly access the main lot from one side of the street as it is barricaded from the other. Staff was great, the breakfast was decent for a complimentary hotel breakfast - better than most to be honest. Downside to the room I stayed in; king suite with study; you could quite clearly hear the guests in the neighbouring room to the wall joining the bathroom through the venting. The bed was decently comfortable, the pillows could have been better though. All in all a good stay, will most likely be back.
Came from Chicago and stopped over for the night heading back to Toronto, and this place was just perfect! STAFF - really accommodating, smiley, helpful, and was just awesome! Special shout out to Anthony who checked us in. PLACE - I was bringing my puppy with us, and they didnt have any problems about it. The rooms were clean and the facilities were quite convenientBREAKFAST - They had breakfast i think was from 7 to 10 and was just delicious. Would definitely check in here if ever am in the area. Super happy!
