Excellent staff and service at Windsor Best Western Hotel. Our request for a river view as accommodated and was excellent. The staff are courteous and check you in quickly! Excellent location in conjunction to the casino and downtown eateries. Parking was conveniently adjacent to hotel and $15. We would stay again!
Here is a hotel with attentive and friendly staff! Clean and convenient location to some amazing restaurants and night life. The big bonus of the waterfront location is the amazing view of the Detroit skyline. A walk along the waterfront is recommended especially at sunset. Will be back!
My favourite Windsor hotel. Super clean rooms where every one faces the river and the Detroit skyline. Check in was very easy. They even have free cookies at the check in desk. Location is fantastic. Right beside the Keg, and a 10 minute walk from the casino. Waterfront park directly across the street. Breakfast is included with the room. It's excellent, and includes hot and cold items. Highly recommended. I travel to Windsor 6-7 times per year, and always stay here.
Nice motel on Riverfront in downtown vicinity. Large clean rooms. No bed bug issue in room. Bathroom appears a little dated but functions adequately. Little quick coffee maker in room. TV with clear picture. Small table with two chairs. Also, room has an upholstered chain in it. Nice view of riverfront from this room. Room did have nice adequate natural light (bonus in a motel room) Conference centre in motel with access to copying, faxes etc. Room was approx 140 base rate plus...price varies daily. Pool was clean and warm. Small old dated sauna with broken wood on seats. Very small change room. No lockers. Small workout area adjacent to pool area separated in glass enclosure. Friendly staff.
Room was clean and accommodating. 20$ credit for next best western stay how convenient. Our family was there for a day at adventure bay the indoor waterpark. Location super convenient 200m from venue. In the morning breakfast buffet was a great start to an exhausting previous day. The pool was alright but the fitness room needs an upgrade. Sauna was not working right. No soap in bathrooms in pool/fitness area. Parking was behind hotel but easily accessible but an extra charge as well. Great views of Detroit from our room too.
