Great Storage facility : But could lower storage costs !!! Cost to much to just store away...
They have all kinds of boxes, packing and moving supplies on hand. I ordered a bunch of boxes online on a particular Monday and indicated that I would pick them up on the following Saturday. I prepaid for the boxes, so when I got there on Saturday, they had sold my tv box the previous day. You'd think that when an order comes in like this, they'd make sure that online customer has his boxes first. I was refunded that box and had to go to another location to buy the tv box. An inconvenience that could have been avoided - easily!
Well trained staff for all facets of their business. Was able to book rent and return a rental truck all on the same day with little to no notice ahead. Helpful staff willing to get up and show you product and directions. Easy to ask questions and understand answers.
Parking is non-existent, I think there's 2 parking spots.Gentleman inside was professional and nice to speak with.Difficult to get out of this location during high traffic. I'll probably choose a better location next time.
