Terrible service. I had an appointment for 2:00 and made sure I was a bit early. I was having a hitch & bike rack installed. I left there at 5:00, 3 hours later. I was made late for my next appointment.There is nowhere to sit while waiting, no chairs, no beverages, no waiting area. Zilch.When you are in line for the cashier you can hear the person with the cashier. giving out their personal information. I found the lack of privacy very uncomfortable.Understaffed, so whenever a customer came in the person on cash would have to leave & assist that person. I regret dealing with this company.
I love this place. I am not only a customer. I put some time in for the Boss in 2016. Excellent facility. Great storage solution. Top quality rental moving equipment. A definite solution to a multitude of lifes objectives. A SWEET choice for employment.
Great service!! I was there to buy packing supplies and they offered me a bunch of used boxes that someone dropped off from their move- and helped me sort through and load them in the car.
Nice clean facility with all necessary security measures and conveniences. This place is perfect for us to use for 1-2 months during our relocation and house hunting.
