Pleasant company to deal with during a stressful time with moving. The box came promptly. .the driver was courteous and professional...they picked it up as scheduled with no issues....and their final pick up after it was emptied was prompt and on time. All in all a great company to deal with. I will definitely recommend The Storage Box to everyone . P.S. The 2 negative remarks on Google review sound like a plug for a competitor company. We definitely didn't have a bad experience and it was very reasonable. Keep up the good work!
I decided to go with The Storage Box over the other container companies because they offer a daily-rate (as opposed to a monthly rate like the others - they upsold me to the better container, but after using the service, I doubt the basic/shipping container would have been a problem for my purposes: moving)...& I only needed the container for 3 weeks. Note: The Storage Box will charge you for a 4 week period up front, & then reimburse the unused time at the end of your term. The container was clean & functioned great (I had to purchase my own disc lock though - $15). I was able to move things from my home into the container in my driveway a little bit every day, which was very convenient & less stressful than having to move everything in an afternoon. The customer service was good too: I was finished with the container a few days early & although they couldn't pick it up right then (it was Labour Day weekend), they did stop charging me as of my phone call. I will certainly recommend/use this service again!
Using a storage box made our move so much easier and more organized. We were able to pack sooo much into the unit before the move. When moving day arrived we just concentrated on the big stuff instead of spending hours carrying a ton of boxes and small furniture. The bin was delivered to our new place and we unloaded our boxes etc. at our pace. I strongly recommend The Storage Box . The staff is very friendly and helpful, they give you a booklet with a lot of helpful information and phone #'s for convenience.
From beginning to end, our experience with The Storage Box was excellent. We were booked promptly, picked up on time, and left in the loop for every step. There were no hidden fees and affordable. We used them twice!Corey was very personable and kind. And, the Delivery/pick-up driver was very polite. This is how all businesses should be.
This has been the most positive experience if I have ever had with any company.Customer service, price, accommodating any requests.. this company is everything you would hope for and more.From the booking agents, to the drivers. They truly care that you are happy with the service provided and will do anything to ensure you are.I was moving and had a delay between homes, they stored my container without tilting it, delivered it to new address promptly and picked it up promptly. Unbelievable.I could rave for days about The Storage Box.I have not had experience with other box rental companies but I would be shocked if anyone could match their customer service (and price).I recommend to everyone!!!!!Personally,I feel that 1 star review advertising guardian storage is nothing more than an employee/owner of guardian making a desperate stab at the company sinking their ship.I'd be shocked if anyone had a 1 star experience with this company.
