I've been a tenant at the store -n-save for few years and the customer service and attention to detail the staff at this location provides has been excellent! The location is central to city and easy to access even during peak hours. I highly recommend for someone in the Service Industry looking for a location.
Clients are discounted $ for writing good reviews, yet when storage entry gate is broken there is no discount for entry access days lost, no e-mail warning of occurrence, no answer to phone call inquiry, no apology or no guarantee for company protocol and gate design changes to ensure legitimate paid client access is not denied in future! One cannot even post unless giving a star.
