I cancelled my reservation and lost $30 ..they didnt tell that Ill lose if I cancelled at the beginning! Bad business and expansive at the same time
Customer service is always great but the prices are a bit high but for where it is and the fact that I stay pretty close makes it very convenient to go get certain things I might need from my unit
This visit was not bad. I was helping a friend move into a unit. My church has a unit there too and I have had trouble frequently being allowed in to assist with functions there.
The young lady that manages this place is always very pleasant and helpful. I have so much going in and I really appreciate the follow up calls so I dont forget a payment.
I just finished renting a unit (6 month rental) and I will not hesitate to store my belongings there again if needed. Great customer service, Brittney was always very helpful and pleasant. The pricing is a great deal compared to pricing elsewhere in Ontario. Highly recommend!!
