Henry's customer in Toronto for many years (longer than the sales clerk has been alive). Visited their Windsor location as, based on my Toronto experiences, they always are knowledgeable and helpful. Not this time. Wanted replacement batteries for my Sony Video Cam plus information re the WiFi wrist module. Young lady was unsure of the answer and I requested that someone familiar with the product assist me. Responds, well you will have to wait to speak with one of the two gentlemen and just walks away and heads into the back room. And that's it...never referred my query directly to them. Waited for a bit and then left. Went to Best Buy where they not only had the replacement but their camera expert was able to assist with my query. Henry's Windsor, excellent job of losing a sale and a customer.
Always helpful and knowledgeable staff. If I want to know anything photography-related, I come here! Also, their pricing is mostly comparative to Amazon.
More like 3 and 1/2 stars. I went there trying to match a deal at Best Buy. Said they should be able to at first but then said could only do cost on one item instead of include. Was satisfied but for 18$ after adding 2 other items (130$ more) on top of the deal this cost you a star as I just felt that would have put me over the top on happy at your store, was happy with the store and service, just a little thing would have put it over the top.
Hands down the best photo printing experience I've ever had. The staff helped me connect my phone properly and everything was completed in minutes. Staff were super helpful and very knowledgeable. I will NEVER use Walmart or Shoppers drugmart again for instant photos.
I have have bought a Nikon camera here, and am going in to buy a camera bag today. They are always a great help, and Ted is not only a great photographer, he is a great photo instructor. I wouldn't go anywhere else
