Very expensive. Same things are at half the price at other places. If you pay in cash, they give some coupons instead of change. The selection of things was good though
Store charged me multiple times on my card and store managers did not want to work with me to resolve the issue instantly; instead, they made us wait more than 6 days for the charges to be reversed.Other than that, it has a good selection of stuff. The only reason it's not 5 stars is b/c of my experience with making a purchase.
To does, who wants purchase new tires? Don't buy Michelin tires. It's not the same tires what was in the past. It's a joke!!! The quality is a joke and the way they handle the costumers is a joke!!! I got my Michelin Premier LTX for mi Toyota Sienna 2015 and the tire wear out after 4 months of driving and maybe 10k km. The rubber is so soft that tread looks like it's rolling down, theres chunks of rubber hanging. You can see them on the pictures. The 100 000 km warranty it's a scam. Michelin told me to go to authorize Michelin dealer I went to Canadian tire for inspection. After one hour of inspection the try to found that something was wrong in my car but everything was right, the alignment was right the suspension was OK and the only thing that they found was that my tire pressure was 38 psi and recommend pressure is 36 psi. The written down that over pressure of the tire caused this wear out even that on tire sees 45 psi max is allowed. So when i send this inspection to Michelin they of course respond to mi "We appreciate you providing this information to us. However, the report from Canadian Tire states that the uneven and rapid wear that your tires are experiencing to cause the issues you are having, are due to the tires being overinflated"
This is a good location. There is plenty of parking and it is very accessible from Huron Church and Tecumseh. This isn't one of their larger locations, but it has the core items you expect from Canadian Tire. The automotive center is a good size and they have very convenient hours. The store is clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable.
I usually get pretty decent service here but sometimes it is just horrible in the auto department. I was told I was behind two cars before my oil change and ETA was less than an hour away. 1 hour later I was told that I'm just behind two cars and that my car will be going in after them. Clearly there was a lapse in priority or pure disorganization. In any case this has been a huge waste of time since I usually just wait for the service to be done before I leave.UPDATE: I asked the service people at the 1 hour 15 minute mark again how long it would be for me. They said that I'm still two cars behind and the wait will STILL be an 1.5 hours from now. Not sure how my wait time can be constant regardless of how long it has been. Absolutely horrible customer service with random guesses for wait time. Their motto is that if they don't know how long it will be, just say an hour.
