Went in on July 16th around closing. Bought some screws and shelf brackets. Had to come back and exchange the screws as I had bought the wrong size. I wish I would have gotten both the cashiers names. I was received with nothing but friendly attentive service! They helped make sure I got the right screws. I end up buying a bbq pit and the accessories from these darling ladies! Good job Tom Gray Home Hardware! I will be back!highly recommend!
A bit cluttered and overfilled. Some areas look like they haven't been touched in years. Someone should come through, neaten, tidy and dust the place. That said they have a huge selection it's just kind of sprawled all over the place. Found what I wanted but took some time to find it. Entire time we were there the only staff we saw was at the cash.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. If they don't have what you're looking for then they will find a way to get it.
