Dr. Ban Kinaia has been my family physician for over 7 years She very kind, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, caring person and supportive for any matter in every experience I have she else a family Dr for my 4 Of family member. She is a excellent doctor who I absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a good family physician and also recommend Dr. Kinaia for who dosnt speek English Dr. Kinaia Speek Arabic and Chaldean. The only reason I go there is Dr. Kinaia. The receiptionists are unprofessional and unreliable. Can't trust them, they always say something different than when you go there. One of them today and I guess her name is Ghada who totally said something different when I went there than on phone and she was impolite arguing with me. When I arrived she said there are three people before and after 50 minutes she said there are two people before you and then she said do you want me to book an appointment for you, however on the phone she didn't say it is walk in and appointment. She said it is walk in. She might think she is working for a hair dresser not a clinic. Lack of professionalism and disrespect of other people's time.
