The woman who both works at the front desk and answers the phone is so rude. I would almost say she ruined my first ultrasound experience, I can only imagine how the people that have to work with her every day must feel...their faces when talking to her say it all-what a horrid woman.I can honestly say, I have not been treated like this by and other Canadian customer service employee. This rating does not apply to the techs or manager-they all seem to be wonderful so far(***** stars)
They were very nice, and printed off a lot of photos! I dont know why they have a bad review but they are wonderful!
I went here for an ultrasound the other day and i am in more pain now than when i went in. If there was nothing wrong before there is now. The guy brought tears to my eyes. I was grabbing on to the side if the examining table because it hurt.
