The gym and equipment is great, but dont believe the 24/7. Its a lie. Pay a decent amount for the convenience of a 24hr gym that is actually 24/7 except holidays and doesnt advertise this. Instead they put up a hand made sign that they are closed drawn with colourful markers.
Im a member (family) for almost a year now.I have this experienced to share. Im doing this review to change their Customer Satisfaction & ATTITUDE!1.They offer an 1 hour session of something, I was scheduled, came on time & I checked in to the reception, o you are scheduled but the person you will be meeting called in sick. I said - you should notify me ahead at least called me as well as courtesy.2. I was doing work out ... this lady (staff) pushing cart to relocate her equipments somewhere instead of asking me nicely - excuse me - she appeared angry.I asked - the reception who is that lady (by describing her feature) they told me she is the manager, staff added she is not feeling well today and sick .Oh, I said she should be home & friendly then & her attitude is not acceptable.3. Today, I called x2 to check or ask who will be guiding the yoga, & staff L told me he cant tell me because of the confidentiality (kinda laugh). I asked bec. Theres a specific instructor I cant follow because of the intensity and complexity (pose/move/flow) of her class. I just dont get the rationale of confidentiality abt. it, & I think as a member I have the right to know as well who will be guiding me for the class. I know Confidentiality is Huge & I get it /Respect it) Next time- I must check their policy & yet some club their posting thru their web who will be the instructor.4. Lastly, there are some staff that is really Good & Friendly (Keep it up) - Thank you !
This place is full of wonderful staff and the equipment is basically well maintained people are accepting and very team oriented !

The customer service at this place is the VERY BOTTOM OF THE BARREL. I've had several awful experiences but continued to come to Goodlife because my mother likes the facility and I go with her. The other day I brought my 12 year old daughter in to possibly join. I brought in a one week free pass so she could try out the gym for a week since it was her first time ever. They refused her the pass stating she was under 18. I then asked if she could view the facility and was told if I pay a $15 fee. We left. I wish I could cancel my membership sooner and never hear the word Goodlife again. This is NOT my first terrible experience with the staff but will certainly be my LAST!!!!!!
