Basically theives and keep stealing your money after you cancel. The manager is also extremely rude and just wants your money. Theives.
I went here for a month, and if i didn't move from windsor i would have totally got a membership. Love the gym here, and so many activities to do. Would definitely recommend it .
Worst gym ever .. all they care about is money and they had a stupid policy if you want to cancel your membership Don't go
This place only cares about taking your money. I would avoid any form of commitment here. Ask around. I have heard many stories about really bad experiences.
Bought the Groupon voucher for 5 sessions of pilates. It was OK. The facilities are old. Ruth was the best pilates instructor and made it really fun and was clear in her instructions. Pilates is supposed to be an enjoyable class but Absolute Fitness took the joy right out of it. My last class was with Sheila. She is the WORST! She kept bullying me during the class and kept remarking I shouldn't be in the class instead of supporting me. She kept putting me down throughout the entire class. Her delivery was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She cared more about chatting before and after her class and drinking her coffee during class then to deliver a quality session. When I called the manager to complain (Tammy) she was really hard to get a hold of. After 2 weeks of calling her she finally responded. She listened to the story but didn't really care about how I was feeling and honestly, she seemed uninterested. I didn't want to write this comment but since Tammy doesn't care about making this right, I decided to be honest and write this review for others to see. I guess if you work at Absolute Fitness West, you can treat your clientele like rubbish and it's fine with the manager. I have NEVER been treated like this in my life and I will NOT be returning. I do not recommend this place at all.
