I like the gym, any problem that arises the staff are quick to fix. Love the steam room after a good work out on the treadmill. Kids have fun in the daycare. Over all...nice place to escape from the stresses of every day life.Im adding to this review...I recently wanted to cancel my 1yr membership and pay some kind of fee but I was told I couldnt cancel it till the month before. So make sure you really are committed to this 1year. Disappointed about this. Learning experience on my part.
The staff at Riverside Family Fitness always makes me feel like part of their Family! Joey and his amazing trainers always take the time to answer my fitness questions because they want to see their members safely meet their goals. This facility is always kept clean and all the weights and equipment are always put away. One last thing is the members here are awesome, it's a very friendly environment and I always feel comfortable during my workouts !!!
Been to many Gyms in Windsor and in My opinion Riverside Family Fitness has been My favourite, great equipment, friendly staff, clean well kept and the owner Joey is very approachable, friendly if I need training advice, Keep Up The Great Work
A friendly atmosphere with extensive equipment, pool, tv., wifi, sauna, steamroom, classes and day care. Spacious change rooms and showers...very clean! A very comfortable atmosphere to improve health, challenge yourself, or even have a trainer to help you with your fitness goals. Very reasonable membership fee!
Very clean, many positives updates and changes made to the facility. Staff and members are very friendly. Ive been personal training with Joey for over 2 years and he continues to push and provide me with the right tools to reach my goals. I have also done Samanthas Bootcamps in past and have seen amazing results!
