Very disorganized team. They take forever an a day to respond to emails. I also recently became very sick, and my dr said until further notice, you cannot fly, meaning I have to postpone my wedding. Talking to thme hotel, they were very accommodating, and amazing. The airline, wa also very remorseful. But this travel agency? Forget about it. So rude and UNPROFESSIONAL and accommodating. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemies. I wasnt asking for a refund I was asking to change my date, they wouldnt hear of it. When i get the clear from my doctor I DEFINITELY will not be booking with this company
My daughter and I went to Costa Rica last January and Sarah got us a fabulous resort that was sold out but managed to get us a room. I would never book with anyone else and would never go anywhere without travel insurance. It's a great feeling knowing she has my back if something ever happened. Highly recommend her.
Sarah has been amazing through the whole process! She booked our tickets to Japan exactly how I wanted them; days, times, airports, minimizing layovers. When we were in Japan a typhoon hit and she kept us updated on the operation of our outgoing flight and checked up on us every couple of days. She had backup plans and everything. She was a big asset to the planning of my month long Japan trip. Even received a "welcome home" piece of mail from her.
