Our family celebration in the private room was nothing but spectacular!!! Being able to decorate the room during the day made it even more convenient & special, we really appreciated that!!! It began with a fantastic greeting from the moment we walked in by hostess Karlie who made our parents feel so very special and this continued throughout the entire evening!!! Our waitress Cathy & waiter James were totally professional & efficient, extremely knowledgeable & most importantly very spectacular with sharing in our parents 50th anniversary!!!! They made the night seem so magical with their entertaining personalities!!! Our meals were delicious and would like to thank the cooks in the kitchen as well. We cant thank you enough for everything!!! You guys are an incredible team, cant wait to return!!!
All around great experience from the time we walked in, to the time we left. Not our first time visiting the Keg, so we were well aware of how busy it gets, and despite it being a very busy Saturday night, we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress was very polite and knowledgeable with both food options and wine options and made some good recommendations that we enjoyed. We decided to try something different from their menu and ordered the fish tacos and mushrooms Neptune as a starter, and were very impressed. Great place for date night.
It was me and my girlfriend's 2nd year anniversary, and we like to come here when we celebrate things.In either case, I ordered steak, and lobster with an added side of crab legs. When they served my food, I mentioned that it seemed like there was less crab than I expected. The server agreed, and mentioned that it might be because the claw on the crab was HUGE. They were 100% right when I dug in.10 minutes later; the general manager introduces himself to my table and asked me if I was satisfied with the meal which I was. He told me that they're sending me an extra portion of crab leg.This goes to show me that this place doesn't just want to go by the book; they would rather meet, and exceed your expectations.If I could eate more than 5 stars, I would.
Absolutely amazing experience. The food was spot on and delicious. The steaks were cooked with precision. The staff were courteous and charismatic. The staff were professionally dressed for their respective duties, which was wonderful to see. Thank you for an amazing experience. Will dine again here and we have made it our official "dinner date" spot.
