Worse product ever purchased, bought a swan necklace and earrings for my girlfriend earlier this year are both have already been falling apart after she only wears them on special occasions, earrings already went out for repair twice and broke a third time they did not even fix them and the crystals are already falling out on the necklace, never buying from Swarovski again!

Was hoping to get some anniversary gifts as I love collecting Swarovski. My husband and I weren't greeted even after I made eye contact with the staff... There wasn't even a smile! I felt very judged and didn't feel supporting this store was right so we left after perousing for a fair amount of time and showing interest in many items.Avoid this store unless you look fancy or want to be judged.

My wife and I went in around 3pm on July 1st, it wasn't very busy at all and we weren't greeted but rather ignored the entire time my wife and I were in there. I'm not sure if it was because I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt? But we we're excited to splurge money as it was our anniversary. Everyone who walked in after us was greeted right away and we're asked if they needed any help. It was rather discouraging so we've decided to wait until we return home to BC to purchase from a more welcoming Swarovski.Maybe some discrimination training might be required for this store.Michael Hill next door jumped at the opportunity to assist us regardless of our attire and looks.
