Very nice upscale Jewelers. Physical location is small but organized well. Locked main entrance requires buzzer to enter. Lot entrance is only available off side street..no entrance from Howard Avenue. Staff are friendly (not snooty) and knowledgeable. Repairs seem to take one to two weeks but they will tell you approximate completion date. They do call with an estimate on repairs prior to completion of any work. Prices on par with other Jewelers. Both debit and credit accepted. Coffee available on site while shopping.
I went in to get my finger sized and I ended up buying a watch. The 3 lovely lady's I was talking to today are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would recommend this place to everyone.. Oh and the gift warping they do looks fantastic
One of the best places one can go where your not going to be forced to buy something that your going to regret! The staff is excellent! I bought an engagement ring for my fiancee where it was custom made. The process was simple and the interaction between the staff member and myself to create this special ring was just phenomenal. Would I do this all over again? Yes most definitely! Toni was there for me through out the whole process! Thank you Toni she said yes!!!
Dan's commitment to the customer experience is old school. Going out of his own way to make things happen and satisfy the customer. More businesses should have this mentality.
