Needed something nice for my girlfriends birthday, both employees were very friendly and helpful, showed me a wide variety and gave me plenty of options within my price range, they asked me questions and really helped me narrow down exactly what I was looking for. No manufacturer's warranty offered in store. Bracelet purchased 2 weeks ago broke. Store did nothing to offer replacement but pushed to buy a care package. Very bad customer service. Buyer beware
