I will give four stars because my salesman was so very nice and knowledgeable. He was a very good person all around.I went in to buy three Simmons black mattresses I knew what I wanted but was price comparing.You really have to do that with mattresses or you can be robbed blind.However I did buy elsewhere because of price they do not negotiate beyond what the sticker price says and you just cannot pay that for a mattress. There's a huge mark up on mattresses and the prices for same fluctuate wildly between stores.They need to be more open to negotiation and competition in the mattress field.
Here is a much great shop, not only the exactly freedom shopping atmosphere, but also the big worth furniture and appliance! Oh yes, here is a washroom, convenience for all gender(^^) . And don't forget the blue door everyday good value and good price things here. We bought a nice brand big refrigerator just need 900 CAD nearly, and washer with dryer in pair just payed 800 nearly CAD, and tax you know, but we also felt being worth Guess who served us? Real is the Joe Papa Very nice man! Come on, I hope you meet him, and have a good shopping time!
We have shopped at Tepperman's a number of times over the last few years and have purchased a variety of products Dinning Table, Leather Couch and Mattress. We are always welcomed by staff upon entering the store, but are never hounded by them. One staff member in particular is our go-to for all our home needs; Dan Chevalier is always helpful and is very knowledgeable about the products and services offered by Tepperman's. Dan goes beyond to assist us and asks the right questions to help us find exactly what we are looking for.
Always super friendly and helpful. Whether it's in person or on the phone everyone is super helpful and engaging. Dan C and Ken C are my go to for everything! I've been with Tepps nearly 25 years and have always been treated amazingly!
