Ive been referred to this store by a friend that really enjoys her purchase. A staff member greeted me right away and let me know that he will be with me soon. The store has a descent selection of furnitures and mattresses at a descent price. All staff are very friendly from the beginning, they doesnt try to rush me into buying anything. They gave me pertinent information about the mattresses and informed me of the main difference in between each one of them. The professionalism is helpful because sales associate at others stores ( I wont name any but you can guess the big names ) doesnt even try to get to know your needs, they usually just try to push sales based on what the store wants them to sell. I came twice to try the mattresses and when I came for the second time, it was 5pm and they were able to deliver my mattress in the next hour. I was really impressed! Thanks again to Bedroom Depot and the delivery team.
I would like to thank David for assisting us to buy three mattresses. David is very knowledgeable but I really did appreciate his pacience and understanding during our selection process.I did shop around Windsor and even Detroit I came back to buy from David. My daughter and I love our new Naomi mattresses. Thank you as well to their two delivery employees they are both very nice
I walked in there and walked around for 15 mins and nobody came up to assist with service, I eventually walked out went to Costco and got what I needed
