Placed an order Dec 18 for my in-laws, but noticed I was double charged. Called them to get back one charge Jan 4, 5, 8, and 25th. They took down my information and were to look into it and get back to me. Theyve never got back to me. After talking to them on the 8th, it sounded like things would be taken care of. Lo and behold I get my Visa statement and theres the double charge still there. I called again (25th) and they again said they d look into it and call me back. Never heard from them yesterday or today, so called Visa to let them get the money back, as Ive already given them ample opportunity to rectify their error. I had looked on the reviews on their website and saw mostly 5 stars before placing the order. I now wonder how legit those reviews are. I left a review on their site, much like this. It will be interesting to see if it gets posted.
Absolutely terrible service, the product looked nice when it was finally delivered a day late. If anything goes wrong with your order dont expect any apologies or compensation for your hassles.
This florist excellent courteous and very fast. I had to pick up three dozen roses for my baby shower on the Sunday at the last minute and they were the only people in the city that could accommodate, and they did so in less than an hour!
