We ordered flowers over the phone from a picture on their website and although they explained that some of the flowers were not in stock due to the season... the arrangement turned out even more beautiful than we expected. Thank you Jeanette

Ordered flowers for mothers day and when I went to pick them up, they did not look as I wanted at all... I asked for red and white theme and for the red colors to be all roses and they put only 4 roses... mind you the amount I payed was high enough to get more than 4 roses... they cheaped out by putting a lot of cheap white flower and cheap green leaves... very disappointed ... also the way it was wrapped was embarrassing.... had to fix it myself to present it to my mom. Wouldnt recommend
Ordered a bouquet a week ago. Went to pick it up and did not look like I ordered. Website said it was in a purple swirled vase. It was in a plain white vase. Woman offered to put food coloring in water. Why offer if you have no intention of providing? Is this false advertising? What can be done to protect the consumer?
