I recently took my cat in because she was sick.. unfortunately it was her time :(.. all the staff were so sweet and patient. They made a clay paw print for me at no extra charge, and I just got a sympathy card in the mail that was signed by all the staff with another little paw print that i can frame. They seriously went above and beyond. Thank you to Brittany, Courtney, Dr. Drew and staff!
Really caring staff... they all really love animals so you know your fur babies are in good hands. The veterinarians are really friendly amd thorough with explaining what's happening or what needs to happen. Highly recommended.
I love the people at Bracks. They are always so kind and thoughtful. I have yet to find a vet who treats animals with such respect. My cats life was saved there and I will never forget them :)
We boarded our dog while on vacation and he had a great time. (He never complained to us) He also had dental surgery later that week after we came home and were really impressed with the care and follow up from the doctor and vet techs. We've been going to Brack's since he was a puppy, he's now 9!!!!
We brought our new puppy here and we're very pleased with every aspect. All of the staff were very friendly, the doctor was amazing. They made our puppy's experience great, he was having such a good time he didn't even react to his shots. They treated him so well and even gave him a new toy to bring home. They were very informative and provided us with a ton of information to help us along with our first dog. Prices were very reasonable, we definitely made a good choice choosing them for our vet.
