Greyhound services are great. The city bus services are not. You should change your bus passes to 30-day ones, not month to month. Or at least tell someone the pass is good on the first of the next month, not whenever you activate it. There is literally no reason for that lol, no other city does that.

Bus service is good but if u make our student bus pass 2 or 3 month and at lowest price than one month price it will be good for all students.. like you offered us summer month pass and add some more 5 no. Bus route..Thank You
Busses take forever to arrive, sometimes the buses don't even come, overall it's a very bad bus service :(Worst drivers
Windsor bus service is horrible, no matter what time of year. Drivers are constantly on their own fabricated schedules. I don't know about you, but if anyone else is late for work, they're penalized! Never on time? Better send in your resume, they'll love you. Oh, and don't bother calling in to complain. All they offer is excuses rather than solutions. They just don't care. But their bus service is totally worth 3$. Yeah right! At least justify your prices. Make your service worth what you're charging, and actually listen to the people who use your services.
