Such a disappointment! I booked a bio gel manicure for the first time with them, the girl who took the apt told me that a certain nail tech is the best there but she leaves late every day but said she'll put me in the system for 5pm today (booked the apt 3 days ahead). I get there and I was told I had no apt at first, then the older lady along with another employee told me that she did call but was dialing the wrong area code. Is that a joke? I didnt even get "we're sorry", I had to make arrangements for my husband to come home from work early to take care of my children so that I can make that apt. What's sad is i'm a client with a file with them. I would not recommend this business to anyone who values their time or good customer service.
Nice place - they know what they are doing when it comes to nails. Bevlyn was my technician and did a bang up job - also was just a really lovely person. As with all salons/spas on a Saturday, it was super busy and the front desk needed some support.
Pure Day Spa, is hands down, one of the best spas in Windsor. Their staff immediately smile and greet me as soon as I walked, and treat me like Im at a 5-star hotel. Theyre service is immaculate. Ive had my nails done in shellac twice, and both estheticians, Diane and Sarah, were precise and thorough in their work! They take their time, the gel doesnt peel like it would when Ive had it done at other nail salons. They also offered me coffee or tea and a snack if I wanted as well. They catered to my every need. This spa is the perfect one stop shop when you have an event right after to refresh and glam up. Ill never go anywhere else again !
