Just got our roof done this week. Roof looks great! From start to finish I am really impressed with this company. Rod came for the initial assessment and quote and took a lot of time to walk my husband through the process and options that were available, making sure that we knew exactly what we would be getting for the price we were given. The roofers that came out were professional, efficient, and hard working. I can't believe they finished as quickly as they did and just as Rod did, they were happy to go over what they were doing with my husband, making sure we were getting what we had agreed with Rod, the extent of the damage to our roof and what they were doing to fix it. Rod was out there a half hour after they finished to inspect the finished product and make sure that we were happy with their service. I would happily recommend this company to others. This is a review for our 3 season sunroof, built by Diamond Home Improvement. This company is the best, sales person Dan Pare was awesome, explaining all details was spot on, the crew where very professional. We are so very happy with our sunroof, looks so beautiful. We love our new addition. Rod and crew are to be commended. We had a four seasons room put on at another house of ours. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They kept their promises and the room looks great...So much so that we called them to put a room on our house. Again Rod was prompt with his response, professional in his assessment and patient with our response. He placed no pressure on us. I felt like a valued customer.
