We have had longstanding leak issues not resolved by other roofers. Dayus did excellent work for us involving roofing and some siding alterations. All staff of both the roofing crew and the siding crew was professional, courteous and respectful. Care to detail demonstrated their skills. The cleanup was excellent. Our Dayus Sales Rep was easy to deal with, attentive to our needs and concerns, and an excellent and quick communicator.Crew was first class. When I checked in on them, all my questions were quickly answered, including clear explanations of why we had the problems we did with the previous roof and leaking around her stone fireplace. Excellent clean up work to the point you couldnt tell your crew had been there. It is good to see a 4th generation taking over and maintaining the reputation for quality work that Dayus Roofing has hard earned over your many years in business. Dayus took the time to tarp my lawn and my garden. Very kind staff and work was done as promised. 2yrs later i made a phone call about something very minor and in less then 24hrs it was fixed. Dayus did my house and garage roof in 2014. Frank was a nice guy and he didnt tell me a bunch of BS that didnt come true. What was discussed was what was done. My roofing team did the job in the time expected and fixed some issues discovered from the last job. Even though they could have just covered them up like the last company did and I would never know. They have a full and proper setup and the parts truck got the parts needed to correct the old issues. This didnt cost extra, the quote amount was what I paid. Its now 2018 and my roof looks brand new. I have a tricky chimney will many angles.We have been tested with massive storms the last few years and there has been no problem with my roof.It wasn't the cheapest quote. The job was fully professional and I didnt have to chase anyone around. I would hire them again for sure.
