This is a fantastic park. It's way bigger than it looks from the road. Lots of paths most of them paved. Multiple covered picnic areas. Grills. Lots of benches. Playground equipment, a dog park, community center and more. Oh yeah and multiple ball diamonds.
Quiet and neat. The library is extraordinary. My kids loves going there. Open on Saturday too.
Park is generally under water the trails poorly groomed and full of mosquitoes. Playground is not accessible. No place but the road to walk on from Gladstone side. The geen area is full of fallen limbs and is a fall hazard.
Great dog park a dog pen for smaller dog and a dog pen for bigger dogs and well clean. Good way for your dog to hang out with other dogs ...
Great wooded area with two separate dog parks and shaded for hot days .No running water available for dogs , though :(
