Horrible service today, ordered 5 pieces of chicken. While ordering heard the employee at the front counter in track suit say they don't have any spicy leg pieces to the other employees working in the back. I wait to see what happens, was given the 5 pieces. Asked to verify they were spicy and she said yes. Get home and behold leg pieces were mild and not spicy. Why lie? I was willing to wait. Won't be returning anytime soon.

I love Popeye's. It is one of my favorite chicken places. Not sure if it's cause it was night but Food was recooked, greasy and not fresh at all. Biscuits were burnt. Service sucked, while I was there I watched the staff argue with the customer who came back to tell them their order was wrong. The lady says sir I think we would know. He offered to bring the food in to the store to prove it and she said it wouldn't make any difference sir. He stormed out. Also was told we could not take the insides out of the wraps and substitute for lettuce and tomato. We were told that management doesn't allow it. Never going back there again. Such a sad experience.
Bad service. I was offered by one manager to get same meal for free because I noticed when I got home 20 mins away that they messed up my order for our dinner for 6 people. When I came back another manager won't acknowledge the offer I was given to by the first one. I ended up going there for nothing for an order that they messed up in the first place by another staff. They should teach their staff the proper way they should do their job. Especially more importantly, the Managers. This Managers represent your company. Teach them right to satisfy customers.
People have been telling me I had to check this place out. In a way they were right, it is better than KFC. Significantly better. But it's still fast food fried chicken. I tried all three heat levels and I did dig the hot. What I really did not enjoy was the sides. What is that, that they put on the mashed potatoes? Probably won't be back.
