Great location, ambiance and food. Lots of options even for vegetarians. Service is great. Parking can be a challenge. Little pricey
Stumbled upon this little restaurant. It took some time for the greeter to find us a table since we did not reserve. However, once we were seated we had an awesome wait staff Ali and Natasha: "Natalie" , they were very attentive. We had our drinks and appetizer right away. The calamari was delicious ! Ordered the bbq for two , it was plenty to eat, a wonderful fresh salad with hummus and big puffy pitas for dipping, the kabobs were so tender. There was a saxophonist playing in the background ,made for a nice ambiance really enjoyed our dinner and would defiantly go back. Cannot say one bad thing about our experience......Give it a try!
What an amazing restaurant with the most amazing staff.I've been to Windsor once before and found this while walking around downtown looking for a bite to eat for supper. I couldn't remember what type of food it was (what ethnicity) but knew or was one of the best I've found.Thos year someone recommended it and as we were pulling up to park I laughed and said...you are soo going to enjoy this to those who I was with.Again...we all left in awe at the flavours, the variety and beat of all, the staff who despite being busy made us feel at home.Highly recommended to anyone who visits Windsor....this is a true gem.of a restaurant that will meet all requirements for a night out on the town.
There are two locations in Windsor. We went to the one downtown. The decor and ambiance is unique. Looked at the photos on google and ratings, was not a disappointment. Real gem in the heart of Windsor. The large chairs are something out of the nostalgic viking movies. Food and service was excellent.
My experience at Mazaar was overall very enjoyable however it was a bit of a mixed bag. The food was amazing, Lebanese is my favorite cuisine and Mazaar has perfected their recipes. However there were small things that took away from the overall experience. Mazaar portrays itself as an upscale restaurant with prices to match the atmosphere. However there was cleaning solution and dirty rag left on the adjacent table all night. Parking was provided at the back however the parking attendant was rude and pushy. We had to ask several times for there fresh bread. Finally there did not have a chicken shawarma on the menu, we had to custom order it. This food is a staple at Lebanese quisines. This would be like not having pad Thai at a Thai restaurant. Overall it was a good experience their was just a few things that detracted from the overall experience
