pretty nice talking to them but you'll see their true colors once you suspend or cancel insurance. last year I went away for a month and after suspending the insurance, when i came back they said if I want to save money it should be suspended for 45 days. so I ended up paying the suspended month in the following months . when i canceled the insurance early , they say they can't tell for sure if I will get a refund of 180 dollars or pay 300 dollars so they make you gamble your money even if you're not gambler. I ended up getting 180 refund but the realised that when I signed up for insurance they required two months payment. so that means I actually paid a penalty of 420 bucks . but they make themselves pretty saying they give you refund. they think if you paid it upfront that money don't matter anymore as if they're supposed to be given to them. they prey on hard working people who are too busy to or not educated enough to keep track of these things. when asked for explanation they stopped replying my messages. the person I spoke with was Michael Calcutt. beware.
Terrible Terrible Terrible Service.. Condescending, hostile , I might as well be speaking to a robot!Daniel who I signed up with was amazing and very helpful, since i cant reach him the others that are taking care of me are just not very nice human beings..Every time I get off the phone or finish e-mailing them I honestly wanna vomit.
This company is the best I have ever dealt with in 38 years of driving. Have always been treated with courtesy and all my questions answered in a manner in which I am able to understand (we all know how insurance companies can give us info that we can hardly comprehend, not with this company in my experience). The rates are great and customer service has been wonderful. I called today regarding my Son being out of the country for a period of time and spoke to a charming woman called Samantha Hammermeister , she explained everything to me and that he would still get his 9* rating upon his return, that was my big concern, very informative, all settled and now I do not have to worry anymore. Thank you Samantha so much, you are a wonderful asset to this company.
Worst customer service ever.. after being informed i needed to pay 1st and last. They proceeded to charge me a triple payment... These people are scam artists and claim that they are gonna save you money, which they do but, they don't inform you of anything that can happen between the time your policy goes into effect, beware of your payments and pay them on time, do not let them "give you" time to pay otherwise you'll be in big troubke
They never call back, make promises they can't keep. Say whatever to get you off the phone. Apparently they ONLY DEAL WITH 4 INSURANCE COMPANIES!! THEY CAN NOT BE COMPETITIVE LIKE THAT!! KEPT ASKING FOR A NEW COMPANY AND THEY KEPT SAYING I WAS ALL GOOD, HA!! CUT THEIR PAYMENTS IN HALF!!
