I've been with the Claude Limoges for over 10 years now...The only reason that office even operates is because of a phenomenal employee name Gianna. She's amazing at what she does, efficient, accurate and goes the extra mile for you. All the time.Claude and others on the other hand, Not so nice and good... Claude is rude, arrogant and not very knowledgeable.When a pipe bursted in my wall at home, he was telling me on the phone, in a very rude yelling manner, that I should not be getting any compensation because I didn't do regular maintenance on my pipes. Apparently, I should have been breaking my walls to check and maintain my pipes on regular basis in order to prevent them from freezing and bursting. In case you haven't sensed the sarcasm in my last statement, he was very wrong in his advice and got me worried for no reason. Unfortunately Gianna wasn't available at that time so I had to deal with him. When Gianna came back she took care of everything for me. It all worked out then.Just Today Sept, 1st 2016, since I don't get off work until way past their business hours, I sent my wife with our teething baby to take a check to pay for one of the services I have with them . They turned her back because the check was payable to "State Farm" which is the name that was on the invoice they sent. Apparently it should have been payable to "Certas" . After my wife waited over 10-15 min to just drop off a check, they sent her back , wasted her time and a check, and now have to go through this again. In case you haven't figured out by this time, Gianna was not working on this day.I'm furious with how inconsiderate these guys are...The only reason I'm still with this broker is because of Gianna. The day she leaves that place, so will I and all my business...
Thank you ClaudeOur Story:While we were out of town for business, our family home basement in Windsor Ontario had been flooded for the first time during the August 29th 2017, 100-year extreme storm. We had last most of our personal content and all our irreplaceable sentimental items.Words cannot describe our outmost appreciate for Claude Limoges (our insurance agent) and his support for being instrumental following our disaster, until we were able to get back into town.This is our first home owners insurance claim and we especially thank Claude, his State Farm team and the Desjardins claims department for assisting us, providing property flood guidance and advise during our claims process.With their assurance, it had shed sun light to the flooded basement damages and eliminated any insecurity about the whole process.
