I just can't complain about any part of the service. -made an appointment -they showed up on time -did a great job -were friendly the whole time -cleaned up as if nothing happened. I think that's all customers ask for.
Took a week for the appointment after no return calls from other companies. The plumber was quick, friendly and helpful with a drain repair in a renovation. He even finished some extra plumbing since he was there for an hour, saving me a lot of work. The price was half what i expected. Highly recommended and i will be definitely calling them again. Northstar is my new go-to. Wish i had tried them out long ago.
