Wonderful place to bring your dog. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Open for small and large grooming needs. Highly recommended.
If they carelessly lose your small dog, they will not call you right away! They will simply wait for you to come back for your pet to tell you it ran away because it was "biting" the employee or they didn't put the leash on properly. In fact, they wouldn't at the very least put out missing dog signs around or online for you after they lose your pet. Even after almost 5 DAYS of your dog gone missing... They will take almost zero responsibility to help after they lose your pet. Do you really want to trust a grooming business like this? One that has no empathy for you and your lost dog? Please try other grooming shops in Windsor, Ontario which are much more professional than New Paws on the Block.People in Windsor also reported having bad experiences of this shop cutting their pets badly after grooming, staff kicking dog crates when they think nobody is looking, rude foul-mouthed unprofessional staff, etc.
Got the 'puppy package'. Our dog came back with the exact amount of hair, i seriously doubt they even took the clippers to her. Paid $28 to have her bathed and nails partly clipped? Inside of the ears weren't touched either. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Won't be coming back.
Great staff! They took very good care of my Golden Retriver Wilson! They groomed him exactly how I wanted! I will be back!
