Administration and scheduling was very good. Damage claim handled in an expeditious manner. There was one mover who wasn't the lead who did a fantastic job leading the group, unfortunately i don't recall his name. BIG RED FLAG was end of move billing process, they overcharged on time and didn't want to do the right thing. Hope this helps.
Best move ever!!!! I used hinton end of September 2017. I forget the name of the young men that did my move but they were FANTASTIC!!! Very polite and harworking. The same men did the same move for my daughter from windsor to amherstburg and of course she had the same exceptional service. Thx guys!!!! A big thx to Mark as well. He was very nice and spot on with his quotes. He even took time on my moving day to stop by to make sure I was happy with service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
This moving company was phenomenal! My fianc and I moved last weekend and had Ron, Adam and Tyler sent from the company as our movers and they were great! They were all very friendly, efficient with packing up the truck as well as disassembling and reassembling our furniture, and went above and beyond to bring in our new fridge when the delivery guys were ever so quick to judge that they didnt think they had enough clearance! Thanks to our movers we have our new and functioning fridge inside our house instead of waiting for a new/smaller one to be delivered to us! If ever we do move again in the future, the Hinton Movers are the way to go! Worth every dollar! Thanks again guys!
This is a very professional moving company. The Consultant arrived on time. He was dressed like a businessman. He was courteous and very respectful.He was thorough and made some good suggestions since I was doing my own packing. I felt assured and at ease in making my decision to go with HINTON. Everything has been done in a timely manner. They were able to accommodate my move out of town for the end of August in an extremely short time frame. Thank you HINTON. I am a long time senior and must say the stress level of moving subsided when I signed up with HINTON.
