Towards the end of 2017, we made a decision to relocate during 2018 from Toronto to Lakeshore. Our builder recommended Farhat & Associate Law Firm for the legal work regarding the closing. Upon contacting Rashid, he gave us a detailed explanation about the way they approach the process and also the costs involved. We found their charges very reasonable and everything was completed as promised. We were handed the keys to the new house by 3:00pm on the day of closing.
