I am the owner of a family funeral home. My son and I had the opportunity to visit Families First on Dougall in Windsor in late September 2017. From the moment we entered the funeral home, we were made to feel welcome, at home and at ease by each and every staff member that we encountered. A guided tour of the facility was offered to us and readily accepted and the experience that we both felt was amazing. While Families First may clearly be the primary funeral provider to Windsor and Essex County families, the personalized and individual approach to each family's needs is outstanding. No detail has been overlooked and every single element of comfort that could be delivered to grieving families and their friends has been thought of. My son and I both agree that Windsor area families should be proud to have such caring people as the staff and associates at Families First in their time of need. A definite top rating to such an amazing firm.
